Maggie Carsello has enjoyed hunting, fishing, and all things outdoors ever since she was a little girl. She fell in love with bass fishing during her time at the University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point. This is when she was introduced to bass tournaments, and she’s been competing ever since. In 2024, she competed in her first Bassmaster Opens as a Co-Angler, one of which (Leech Lake) she secured a Top 10 finish.

Maggie is a BassmastHER Ambassador and enjoys sharing her adventures on social media, where she hopes to inspire fellow female anglers and beginners.

Tiffany is a Texas board certified construction lawyer. She was a prosecutor for 12 years, and is now a partner at her law firm advising on construction law contracts and handling litigation/arbitration for construction disputes.

Tiffany started fishing, like many people, by fishing as a child at farm ponds. She loved fishing her entire life. She went through some very hard personal times later in life and found fishing as her salvation and refuge. Fishing helped her to reflect and meditate and has brought her closer to God.

In 2021, Tiffany began competitively fishing as a co-angler first in the BFLs. In 2022, she fished the Central Divisions of the BASS Opens and placed 3^rd in the co-angler division in her first ever Open on Ross Barnett, MS. The past few years, she has continued to fish the Opens and local tournaments.

Tiffany loves getting to fish all over the country. She also enjoys representing many of the brands that she loved to fish with before she joined the industry, like Yamamoto, Bill Lewis and Shimano. The social media aspects and industry promotion are something that she really enjoys doing. Mostly, Tiffany enjoys being able to share the highs and lows of fishing with others who love the sport as much as she do.

In 2025, Tiffany is confirmed to fish Division 2 of the Opens as a co-angler. She is also fishing local tournaments and team tournaments as boater. Tiffany just bought a new-to-her tournament boat. Tiffany did not grow up around boats, but is excited to learn and wants to transition to the “pointy end” of the boat. She hopes in the next couple years that she will be competing in the Opens as a boater.
